today's crazy theory

so i'm watching dune last night. actually, we watched the first 10 or 15 minutes and then i got a phone call, so we have to start over.

anyway, surprise, surprise, but who is playing gurney halleck but PATRICK STEWART. and i swear, he looks exactly the same as he does today. i'm serious. it looks like freakin' captain picard on the screen!

and this movie came out in 1984.
OVER 20 years ago.

which is why, i now believe, patrick stewart is actually immortal.
