ike's corn casserole

1 can of whole kernel corn
1 can of cream style corn
1 box of jiffy corn muffin mix
1/2 stick of butter
1 egg
8 oz. of sour cream

mix to combine

add heavy pinch of pepper

bake at 400 for one hour
