franklin pierce, toilet swimmer

of all the crazy things i've randomly heard today, this has to be the best:
"franklin pierce was swimming in the toilet!"

explanation: lisa has a pack of president cards on one of the shelves above the toilet in her bathroom. apparently franklin pierce, former president, thought it would be a good idea to jump in. and it IS a little muggy in there at times, so who can blame him?

there were other bits of one-sided conversation heard earlier this morning, like: "how many times do you have to shoot a guy in the back for him to die? (pause) I shot him, like, 4 times" and "can you change how long it takes to respawn?"

you just have to love online gaming. chris will play his wwII games online, and he got a headset so he will talk to some of his teammates. there are times when i'm really not sure if he's talking to me or to "them." it's most fun when you forget that's what he's doing and he says something that really has no place in this reality.

i'm really struggling today with getting some typing done. i really want to do well this week and get the ONE job that's due done on time. seems simple, doesn't it? but there are at least three other things i want to be doing right now that would be SO MUCH MORE FUN!!! so here i go. again. on my own. bad. just bad.

does anyone know the song "rag doll" by aerosmith? it's so bad. but it's so fun to listen to.
round on errands. it's been in my head ever since. i don't KNOW any of the lyrics from memory, so really just the music is in my head, so i don't have to walk around being appalled at myself all day.
