no power
so i'm in the middle of my legend of zelda game, my sister sitting next to me, watching and providing counsel.
when all of a sudden, the power goes out. it comes back on for a few seconds, then goes back out again.
right before chris put his dinner in the microwave. so he had to cook in our gas-powered oven for a lot longer.
then, because it was dark and we didn't want to run down the entire charge of our storm-generator-type-thing (pictured above) we hightailed it out of our apartment and into the city for a couple hours. as we drove out of the complex, it appeared that only some of the buildings had been affected.
by the time we got home, we were able to calculate by chris' flashing clock that the power had returned 15 minutes after we left.
such is life.

no, we'll be moving at the end of November.
and we love the tigers, too! it's just double the fun when they play each other ;) it certainly helps that the tigers got the best pitcher in college baseball, though... hope you had fun watching him :)
