another day, another cup of coffee
I don't think piscin likes it when I leave all day. do you see the way she's looking at me?! today I did some on-site scouting for an upcoming treasure hunt. it's going to be the main event for a cast party, for the play, "The Lion, the Witch and the Wardrobe." seriously. does it get more fun than that?! the entire hunt will take place inside a school, so I got something of a tour today.
the lady who hired me works with elizabeth, so I also got to see where she works (she really does have a desk and everything!) and have lunch together. oddly enough, I didn't see her doing any actual work...
last night was a poster hanging party for the mines upcoming experience show at the wealthy theatre. I don't know how much of a "party" it really was, because there were moments where I couldn't feel my fingers. but, a bunch of us showed up, paired off, and then tackled a stretch of road and beautified some telephone poles. then today as I ordered my grande mocha carmel, I realized I recognized the lady behind the counter. at least, I thought I did. when I told her she looked familiar, she admitted I did, too. (this is why sometimes it's good to look a lot like your parent) as you've probably guessed, she knows my mom. she goes to church with my folks, and she and her family own 4 of the beaners down here. her son has been overseeing them, but it's been a bit much for one person to handle, so she's planning on being down here more. they own the beaners at ivanrest, 28th street/studio 28 (otherwise known as lindsey's beaners), beltline/woodland mall, and Kalamazoo/M6.
it's a small world, my friends.

I know that Shell Station! Michigan and Fuller! Does that count for any points in any upcoming treasure hunts?
I don't think E actually works, either.
