this land

greetings from the land of deadlines. i am pooped, and do not have the energy for exclamation points. but somewhere deep inside they are hibernating.

i have been quite busy. and it's only going to get worse. but that's not necessarily a bad thing.


my work is currently trying to fill a recently vacated position in detroit, so i'm busier than usual as we are all helping to pick up the slack, which requires more travel. today i was in grand rapids AND grand haven. tomorrow i also have two deps, but thankfully i'll be downtown.


other than that, i can't really tell you where i've been or what i've been doing. because i know diane is out there. and that she will mosey on over here. and look. so i have to keep things hush-hush. confidential. top secret. on the downlow. mum's the word, people.


that also means that in about two weeks this blog will practically explode with information and pictures and adventures and even some "elizabeth versus wild" photographic wonders. hang in there. it's coming.


what i can tell you is that i'm doing a treasure hunt this weekend. it's for a cast party. for a play. i saw the play tonight and really enjoyed myself. it's the lion, the witch and the wardrobe. saturday night's the night. it's going to be a blast. elizabeth will be going undercover once again, this time as the white witch. my wedding dress will be making an appearance.

it's official. i have a strange life.

so, i'm off to Spare Oom to work late into the night. because i found out this afternoon that one of my typing jobs is now a rush job . . . and they need it tomorrow.
